2008 Reservations/Refunds: There is a $300.00 deposit to reserve a unit and an additional $300.00 in January 2008 to confirm reservation.. Refunds are refundable until April 1, 2008. After this date, refunds are dependent upon re-rental. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. Returning guests with 2008 reservations have first option on 2009 reservations.
How to determine 2008 availability: During the week of their stay, 2008 guests have until Friday at 3pm (one day before departure) to make 2009 reservations. If the unit is not booked by Friday at 3pm, then the unit is available for rent. |
