2009 Reservations/Refunds: There is a $300.00 deposit to reserve a unit and an additional $300.00 in January 2009 to confirm reservation.. Refunds are refundable until April 1, 2009 minus a $25.00 processing fee. After this date, refunds are dependent upon re-rental. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. Returning guests with 2009 reservations have first option on 2010 reservations.
How to determine 2009availability: During the week of their stay, 2009 guests have until Friday at 3pm (one day before departure) to make 2010 reservations. If the unit is not booked by Friday at 3pm, then the unit is available for rent. |
